"I was not a tea drinker at all until receiving a free variety sample pack of Organic India Teas from HealthPost and this was one of the samples. I loved it and have been drinking two cups daily ever since! It is good on so many levels; taste - hot and spicy, Holy Basil - great for meditation, other ingredients good for digestion etc. Try it if you haven't yet or are wavering, I don't think you will be disappointed."
