Description
Pacific Harvest Agar Powder is a plant based gelling agent naturally present in seaweed. Agar can be used in raw desserts or to replace eggs.

Pacific Harvest Premium Agar powder is derived from red seaweed and is sourced from India, it is fully tested for contaminants.
Ingredients

100% Agar extract from wild-harvested red seaweeds (gracilaria sp)
Directions

Add: 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid (some experimentation may be required for desired consistency). Heat to 90 degrees and stir until dissolved (don't boil excessively). Will expand upon re-hydrating and set at room temperature. 
Precautions
  • Agar is high in fibres and has a mild laxative effect; it also expands a lot upon re-hydrating so please make sure you consume a lot of water if used as a supplement with food.
