RadianceTM Kids Brain Omega 3 DHA provides a delicious orange flavoured chewable burstlet that is packed with 300mg Omega-3 DHA. It provides two essential omega-3 fatty acids – docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) that our bodies cannot produce, so we need to get them from either the food we eat or quality supplements in order to meet our daily needs.
Omega-3 fish oils are known to help children’s developing brains and preliminary research has found that Omega-3 DHA may help support healthy brain function, eyes, learning, and behaviour.

"We were recommended fish oil supplement's by my son's paediatrician to help with his working memory (he has developmental coordination disorder. ) We did some experimenting with different flavours, and these are the ones he likes best - he likes to crunch down on them, get the burst of orange, and then hand me the mangled soggy fish shaped capsule to dispose of. He's had a lot more energy since we started fish oil (I think his brain was on overdrive trying to keep up with other kids), and teachers have been giving good feedback. "I read through the reviews for fish oils and compared ingredients before choosing this one and I am really happy with it. Mr6 enjoys taking it, actually asking if he can have them. Bit too early to comment if it has made a difference to his concentration. Mr4 not as big a fan of the taste and is now just swollowing the liquid and spitting out the gel capsule, but it was his brother I most wanted these for anyway"
Better than I thought they would be.
"I wasn't looking forward to fish oil bursting into my mouth, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's good to see Radiance are putting all of the ingredients on the list. These are quite an intensely sweet flavour, but better than I thought, and not overly fishy. The capsule is chewy, but feels quite hard, to begin with. The dose of Omega 3 looks good."
