"ive been taking this for a few weeks now - i tend to mix it with jing. . . sometimes just with water down the hatch- it is quite bitter but i dont mind, i have mixed with protein water when ive upped my dose, i cant quite explain how this has been helping but with fluid retention, menstrual cycle, stress, sleep has been much better. I dont take every day- sometimes i skip a day, and take it once or twice per day. . . im taking a couple of other adaptogens as well, in general i havent changed other parts of my lifestyle so i think this is helping even with energy levels"
