Each veggie capsule contains:Agaricus bisporus (fruiting bodies) 200mgTurmeric (Curcuma longa) (root) 150mgYucca Root 4:1 Extract (Yucca schidigera) (equivalent to 200mg) 50mgArtichoke Leaf 4:1 Extract (Cynara scolymus) (equivalent to 50mg) 12.5mgTart Cherry Powder (fruit) 8mgMilk Thistle Seed Extract (Silybum marianum) 6.25mgOdor-support Garlic (Allium sativum) (bulb) 2mgOther ingredients: Rice flour, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions

Adults take: 1 veggie capsule per day with water.
