Each gummy contains:Biotin 7.5 mcgFolic acid 50 mcgNicotinamide 2.4 mgVitamin B1 (thiamine from thiamine nitrate) 185 mcgVitamin B2 (riboflavin) 210 mcgVitamin B5 (pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate) 1.09 mgVitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 210 mcgVitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.4mcgVitamin C (ascorbic acid) 35 mgVitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 5 mcgVitamin E (dI-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 2.68 mgIodine (from potassium iodide) 75 mcgZinc (from zinc sulfate monohydrate) 2 mgContains: Sulphites, antioxidants, colouring and flavouring substances, steviol glycosides, sodium ascorbate and tabletting aids.

Tabletting aids include: Carnauba Wax, dl-alpha-tocopherol, Gelatin, maltitol, maltodextrin, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, modified food starch, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, white beeswax.

No Added: Artificial colours, flavours, or artificial sweeteners.
Directions

Ages 2–8 years: Chew 1 gummy daily, during or immediately after a meal. Ages 9–12 years: Chew 2 gummies daily, during or immediately after a meal.Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not swallow whole.
Precautions
  • Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • This medicine contains maltitol & mannitol (Total: 2.8 g per maximum daily dose) and may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
