Ingredients

Each capusle contains: 

Herbal extract equiv. to dry:Valeriana officinalis (valerian) ext. 400mgderived from dry root - 2g (2000 mg)Standardised to contain valerenic acids - 3.2mg

No added: Dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, soy, sugar, fish, sesame seed, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Directions

Adults: Take one capsule daily (with food). This can be increased to two capsules daily or as professionally advise.
Precautions
  • Use only as directed and always read the label
  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.
  • Store below 30°C in a dry place.
  • People on prescribed medicines check with your doctor first. May potentiate the effect of hypnotic medicines. Care with driving and operating machinery.
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. 
  • Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
