"This works for me. Vitex has been one of my go-tos in peri and I do notice if I stop taking it. It has helped me with mood and cycle regulation among other things. I do take other herbal supplements & tonics to reduce my myriad symptoms so I cannot specify exactly what it does for me other than that, and others with different symptoms will have different results, but overall i have found it to be noticeably beneficial."
