Chamomile flowers are highly valued for their soothing and calming qualities. This delicately floral, honey-like sweet, and naturally caffeine free tea is the ideal tea to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
Ingredients

Chamomile Flower (Matricaria Recutita).

Loose leaf tea, made from chopped chamomile flowers. 
Directions

Serving Size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup. Water temperature: 100 degrees Celsius. Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes. *Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired. *Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
