Nettle has been used as a herbal remedy dating back as far as Ancient Greece.

Start your day the right way with the unique rich grassy and earthy flavours of freshly brewed nettle tea.
Ingredients

Nettle leaf.
Directions

Serving size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup.Water temperature: 100 degrees celcius.Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes.

*Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.*Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.

  • Discontinue use and seek professional advice if any adverse reaction occurs.
