"I am female and use arnica spray to help with hair loss. It works well on encouraging hair regrowth. It certainly works. Both my friend and I use it and both have good result with receding hair lines regrowing. We spray the area after each hair wash, about every 3 - 4th day. I have not tried using it more often.
