"I have found these liver bitters very helpful in perimenopause, especially for symptoms of low T3 thyroid hormone and sluggish digestion, which for me can sometimes result in poor digestion of food, as well as increased anger (liver) and resentment (gallbladder). I feel much more balanced and at ease with 1ml before breakfast and lunch, in addition to listening carefully to my body about when, what and how much I eat."
