Nori Salmon Wrap

Nori is a fantastic source of iodine, potassium, calcium and vitamins A and C. Try pairing this superfood with some salmon for a delicious lunch that provides a boost of omega 3 fatty acids, important for supporting normal healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Nori Salmon Wrap

Prep time 10 minutes
Serving size: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 nori seaweed sheets
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • 6 slices cucumber

Sauce

  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 2 TB lemon juice
  • 2 TB filtered water
  • 1 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TB white miso
  • Pepper

 Preparation

  1. Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth texture.
  2. Assemble ingredients in center of nori sheet, drizzle with sauce and wrap it up.
