Absolute Essential Harmony is an open and gently euphoric blend. It is wonderfully balancing and can be used to encourage humour and clarity. 

Use it in a diffuser to create an easy atmosphere, support family life & enhance a special occasion. Helps to foster positive communication or simply enrich your personal energy with a bath or dilute for massage.

Directions

Bath: 5-10 drops as water runs. 

Home & Social: Enhance your living space with the relaxing tones in this blend. Diffuser to create a sense of warmth and lift. Ideal for entertaining.

Stress: This blend can be used to re-balance, restore and for clarity. It has an upbeat tone that is conducive to good humour and positive thinking.

Massage: 10 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

Diffusion: 5-10 drops, replenish as required.
