AWWA Period Boxer Brief (Black) is made with TENCEL™ Modal, a sustainable fibre made from the wood pulp of sustainably managed beech trees. It is an extremely soft fibre - breathable and absorbent. These boxers are designed for a moderate flow and hold up to two regular tampons/pads or 12mls.
AWWA Period Boxer Brief absorbs up to two regular tampons/pads or 12mls worth of flow.
AWWA washable period undies mean less 'single use' waste, and less monthly cost for you.
They have a super soft silky fabric feel. Using a special super-effective absorbency layer AWWA underwear will keep you comfortable, fresh and dry all month long!
You're also helping to end period poverty in New Zealand. AWWA donates 2% of yearly profits by way of product donations to charities.

AWWA underwear is made true to size. To ensure the leak proof technology does its job AWWA underwear fits slightly more snug than your regular underwear.

Directions

Wear: Your AWWA underwear for as long as you would normally wear two regular tampons or pads. Wash before wear to activate absorbency layer.How to clean: Rinse your AWWA Period Care underwear and throw in the washing machine with your ordinary clothes. Put on another pair of AWWA Period Care underwear and go smash your day.AWWA recommend rinsing by hand first until the water runs clear, then pop in a cold wash with your other clothes, and line dry.Use a delicates bag if possible as this will help prolong the life of your underwear (and is how all under garments should be washed).
Precautions
  • DO NOT use fabric softener as it prevents the moisture-wicking and anti-microbial technologies in your undies from working as effectively.
  • DO NOT use the dryer as this can damage the delicate technology used in the underwear. A great way to dry the underwear during wet days is in the hot water cupboard.

Delivery to Australia is free on all orders over $99 AUD. For orders under $99 AUD, delivery is available from $9.90 AUD.
