Selenium as L-selenomethionine 83mcg
Directions

Ages 5-12: Take one 2g serving daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice with or between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.Ages 13+: Take one 4g (1.5 metric tsp) serving daily mixed with water or any cold drink of your choice with or between meals. 
Precautions
  • Take away from medication by at least 2 hours. 
  • Not recommended during breasfeeding due to the natural supply of myo-inositol in breast milk.
