This powerful blend of plants and nutrients will support clear skin, good mood, and a healthy, comfortable cycle:

  • DIM supports detoxification, keeping female hormones steady and manageable
  • Black cohosh is used to support predictable monthly cycles, setting the scene for relaxed mood and emotional stability
  • Kelp provides a natural source of iodine, which is essential for female hormone balance and tissue comfort
  • Vitamin B6 in the active P5P form has been shown to support breast comfort and a balanced mood. Widely considered one of the best vitamins for women
  • Quercetin has been added to fortify the immune response during monthly cycles.
Ingredients

Ingredients per capsule:DIM (Di-indolylmethane) 200mg Black cohosh (Cimcifuga racemosa) 100mgKelp (Fucus vesiculosis) equiv. to dry leaf 188mg- (providing iodine 150mcg)Quercetin dihydrate (Sophora japonica) - equiv to Quercetin 75mgP-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - equiv. to Vitamin B6 30mgZinc gluconate - equiv Zinc 5mg

Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate, silica, microcrystalline cellulose.

Note: PMS Peace contains the same ingredients as Peri Meno Peace.

Free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. Free from GMO, dairy, egg, no added gluten. Suitable for vegans.
Directions

Adults: Take one capsule per day with food.

Drink plenty of water while taking this supplement.

If you're new to taking DIM (the hero ingredient in this supplement) start on a gradual dose for the first week - to give your body time to adjust.

Open the capsule and pour half the contents onto a teaspoon. Reseal the capsule and take the remaining half the following day.
Precautions
  • Not suitable to be taken alongside HRT or birth control medications. 
  • Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver damage. If you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach pain, and/or loss of appetite, please stop using this product and see your doctor.
