Description
Biohoney Forest Canopy - Rata Honey has a delicate caramel flavour with slight notes of salt.
Rata is a beautiful native tree on New Zealand. It sets the forest canopy alight with scarlet flowers every 5-7 years but most years there are not enough flowers for bees to produce dedicated rata honey.
- Luxurious creamy caramel flavour
- Biohoney honey is packed just as it is collected from the hive without any blending
- A fantastic addition to hot drinks or spread onto bread
