"Excellent first class 100% authentic product in its liposomal form. If you're not used to having unadulterated product, then its best if you mix it with something, eg, juice, tea etc for it to be palatable. Personally, I don't bother. A+"
disgusting flavour
"Unfortunately this was not for me. It has a really yucky flavour and a weird, almost slimy, texture. Slightly better diluted in juice than water as it disguises the flavour more but I would rather take a tablet any day. It actually made me feel nauseous a few times after taking it. Reading the reviews for the other version it seems like it\'s the copper in this one that affects the flavour. BIOTRACE COMMENT: We recommend Barkers Blackcurrant (Stevia Sweetened) Cordial to disguise the taste. Also, adding cold sparkling water can help reduce the flavour. If you do experience nausea or have a sensitive stomach, then we recommend taking straight after a meal. Minerals are alkaline and alkaline solutions are slippery or soapy to touch. The benefits of liquid minerals are that the body doesn’t have to break down a tablet in the stomach and they are easily absorbed and utilised by the body."

"I enjoy using this product and swear I feel much better on the days that I take it, and not so good on the days I forget to take it in the morning. It does have quite a metallic taste so I take it mixed in juice like a shot, the other version without copper tastes ok so it must be the copper in it affecting the taste. I would recommend to take it with food also as on days I have had it on an empty stomach I have felt nauseous."
