Description
BioTrace Zinc Duo provides Zinc Citrate and Zinc Gluconate – both shown to have superior absorption when compared to other forms of zinc.
Zinc is an essential element that may support normal growth and development, reproduction, immunity, vision, digestion, detoxification, metabolism, and hair, skin and nail health. Zinc can easily become depleted in the body which is why it is important to support your cells with well tolerated and absorbable forms.
Immunity: Reduced zinc levels and psychological stress are associated with low immunity. Zinc is an essential micronutrient that aids the absorption of vitamin A to support immune system function.
Skin and Eye Health: Zinc may support healthy skin and vision both by aiding the absorption of vitamin A and supporting anti-oxidative processes.
Digestion: Zinc is an important cofactor for adequate stomach acid levels and may also support normal intestinal flora populations. Scientific research shows that zinc supports a healthy intestinal epithelium and good mucosal integrity.
The Gut-Brain Connection: Gastrointestinal (GI) health, immunity, stress, and zinc are highly linked processes. Research shows that zinc deficiency coupled with GI complaints are more common in children with learning and stress-related problems.
Reproductive System: Zinc is most concentrated in the prostate gland and may support male reproductive organ health. Zinc also supports female reproductive organ health and is especially involved in embryonic health.

Beyond expectations
"I have had rampant IBS symptoms for over 1. 5 years, every day was horrible. I have tried all sorts of medication and supplements, including pro-biotics and healthy gut bacteria restoratives. Literally within 3-4 days of taking this Zinc my bowel function became normal!"
