Description

Blackmores Mega B Complex is a high potency formula which provides nutrients that may be depleted by strenuous physical activity. B vitamins support the production of energy from food & help maintain healthy nervous system function.

Ingredients

Each tablet provides:

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride)  50 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)  30 mg
Nicotinamide  100 mg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate 50 mg)  45.8 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride)  50 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)  50 µg
Choline bitartrate  50 mg
Vitamin H (Biotin)  50 µg
Inositol 50 mg
Folic Acid  300 µg

No Added: Salt, yeast, gluten. wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artifical colours, flavours or sweeteners.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
Precautions
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Vitamins supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow. This is harmless and temporary.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years.

NB: In rare instances, excessive, prolonged use of vitamin B6 has been known to cause tingling, burning or numbness. If you experience this, please stop taking this product and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.  While we regard this product as generally safe when used as recommended, we advise caution in combining it with other supplements also containing B6.  In general, we recommend most people should avoid taking >50mg total supplemental B6 per day on an ongoing basis unless under the advice of a qualified health professional.
