Vitamin E seems to helps with reducing the severity of hot flushes.
"In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a mastecomy and reconstruction and I was recommended to take Tamoxafen which promptly put me into menopause. Tamoxafen has many side effects one of them being hot flushes. The combination of taking Vitamin E and Flaxseed tablets every day, improved the hot flushes by about 60% in severity.
