"I don’t go anywhere without my dandelion tea. I used to have the claridges tea bags however they stopped making them so swapped to the loose tea and it has been so much better. Great for before or after meals to get things moving nicely in your liver. So many benefits of dandelion tea, I have found this brand to be the best as it’s not too harsh. The root tea is also just as great for different ailments so swap it up and get both."
