Ingredients

Directions

All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use:4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.

For a refreshing foot bath add 4 drops pine, 4 drops eucalyptus, 4 drops peppermint with a squirt of shower gel in a tub of water. Soak feet for 15 minutes.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.

I haven't actually started using

"I haven't actually started using this product yet. But I really like the wonderfully fresh fragrance of it."

Pine oil

"Smells like a pine forest."

Pleasant

"A nice oil, pleasant and soothing. In general its good, however I have had nicer more, authentic pine oils - that are more woody and fresh foresty scented (not too easy to come across however) but this one is definitely ok and nothing about it I could fault."

— Ella (4/5)

Worked really well as part of my Ch. . .

"Worked really well as part of my Christmas blends last month. Works great on my car diffuser too. There's nothing like the smell of pure and genuine Pine."
