Efamol Efalex. Brain Formula Liquid: Blend of omega 3, omega 6 and evening primrose oil.

Family formula for children aged 3+ to adults looking to support their brain and vision.

If you or your child struggles to eat the NHS (UK) recommended amount of 2 portions of fish a week (one oily).

Teenagers looking for extra support with studying and concentration. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

DHA helps support normal brain function and normal vision.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Each 10ml serve contains:Fish oil: 1280mgof which: Omega 3,395mgof which: DHA 280mgEPA 70mgEfamol® Evening Primrose Oil 426mgof which : Omega 6, 330mgof which: GLA 50mgAA: 22mgVitamin E 20mg alpha-TEThyme Oil 1mgAlso contains: Sunflower oil, flavouring (lemon oil, lime), antioxidant (tocopherol rich extract), thyme oil.Free from: Dairy & Lactose, Yeast, Sugar, Artificial preservatives & colours.
Directions

Ages 3+: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) per day with food or drink. For adult use only Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks. Shake bottle before use.

  • Important: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. 
  • If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, breast feeding, taking any medication of have an existing medical condition including epilepsy, consult your doctor before using this product.
