Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium Powder Citrus contains a high strength, easily absorbed form of magnesium which may help support energy production during times of stress.

Each 8.7 g Dose Contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0g
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg
Taurine 3.0g
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290mg
Equiv. elemental Calcium 68mg
Potassium phosphate – monobasic 182mg
Equiv. elemental Potassium 52mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg

Also contains: Acacia, Ascorbyl palmitate, Carotenes, Citric acid, dl-alpha-tocopherol, Flavour, Malic acid, Maltodextrin, Olive oil, Purified water, Silicon dioxide, Steviol glycosides, Sucrose.
Directions

Adults:

For therapeutic applications of magnesium add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water twice daily.

For daily magnesium supplementation add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water once daily.
