Each tablet contains:
MagActive® magnesium diglycinate:
Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 299mg Equiv. Magnesium 35mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 595mg Equiv. Magnesium 125mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 31mg
Levomefolate calcium 217 micrograms Equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-Methlytetrahydrofolate) 200 micrograms
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 micrograms
Potassium iodide 98 micrograms Equiv. iodine 75 micrograms
Chromic chloride hexahydrate 64 micrograms Equiv. Chromium 12.5 micrograms

Other Ingredients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, glycerol, hyprolose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for hormonal balance, energy & vitality. Take 1 tablet twice daily to reduce PMS symptoms, muscle cramps & menstrual pain.
