"I have been taking these for around 10 days and have to say they work really well at getting me off to sleep and keeping me asleep. I am writing this on Monday 13th February 2023, right in the middle of the largest cyclone to hit New Zealand in decades. As I was settling down to sleep the wind and rain were battering our house and I was not feeling that settled for sleep but I got off to sleep easily around 11pm and slept until 7am so I would call that a major success. Highly recommend this product."
