"Fantastic. . I love this powder. I have been using it for the past month and I have found a huge reduction in my sugar consumption. I no longer feel like even having anything sugary (which is a huge change as I have a sweet tooth)! I bought this for my PCOS and I highly recommend. I initially did have some stomach upset issues (which has been discussed by another reviewer) but I found that if I put 1 teaspoon into 1L of water it prevents those issues."
"I bought this product to help with my sugar cravings and weight management. I have not been able to take it long enough to see if it has any impact on those areas as the key ingredient, Myo-inositol which is known to sometimes cause diarrhoea, gas, and nausea in some people, has had that impact on me and I've had to stop taking it. Which is a shame as I was really hopeful about this product. Please don't be put off by my review as it may work for you."
