"I got this iron for my teens, while on the search for something to up their levels. They loved it. So easy to take, either in water, or from the sachet like sherbert. It has a lemon tang, and is a great way to ""flavour"" water ( to get the kids to drink) while also getting ""the good stuff "" in them. This will be a pantry staple, especially for the teen girls during their bleed."
