Each vege capsule contains:
Magnesium Bisglycinate 890mg
Equiv. Magnesium 107mg

Contains encapsulating aids: Cellulose, Microcrystalline, Silica – Colloidal Anhydrous, Magnesium Stearate.

No colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives used in this product. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy, or wheat.
Directions

Adults:
Maintenance: Take 1 capsule daily or as professionally advised.
Extra support: Take 2 capsules daily or as professionally advised.

Children from 9 years: Take 1 capsule daily or as professionally advised.

Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Precautions
  • Take two hours away from antibiotic medications, magnesium may reduce absorption of antibiotics.
  • Caution in people with renal failure.
