"This is a sleep product I feel I can recommend, having tried many. I feel it has assisted a sounder, uninterrupted sleep each time I have taken it which is not on a regular basis, but when I need some extra help. I usually only take 5mls an hour before sleep. I sleep deeper and for longer than I normally would, which is a real win. I also find it calms the mind before sleep. Oh, and it tastes absolutely delicious! Don't let the kids get hold of it! I will be re-purchasing."
