The only thing that has worked for me
"I cannot recommend this product enough. Within a couple of days of first taking it, my hot flushes have gone completely. I cannot believe it. I was suffering terribly with muscle aches, hot flushes every hour or so, waking at night with flushes. I was angry all the time. It was not sustainable. All these symptoms have gone.
