Me Today Good Poos is your premium quality formula based on traditional evidence to support regular bowel movements.

Cascara bark and yellow dock root are traditionally used to support normal bowel transit. Fennel seeds and Actazin® kiwifruit provide support for bloating and wind.

Two vege capsules contain:
Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) seed ext. equiv. dry seed 5000mg
Frangula purshiana (Cascara) stem bark ext. equiv. dry stem 1000mg
Rumex crispus (Yellow Dock) root ext. equiv. dry root 1000mg
Actazin® Actinidia deliciosa var. Hayward (New Zealand Kiwifruit) Powder 200mg

Directions

Adults: Take 1 vege capsule twice daily. Recommended to be taken immediately after food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
