My Way Up Sleep & Calm is a carefully formulated blend of calming botanicals, adaptogenic herbs and essential nutrients designed to support relaxation, stress balance and restful sleep. Modern lifestyles can place significant pressure on the nervous system, making it harder to unwind and achieve restorative sleep.

Sleep & Calm combines traditional herbal extracts with magnesium to support relaxation, mood balance and healthy sleep patterns. The formula includes calming herbs such as Chamomile and Lemon Balm, adaptogens including Rhodiola and Ashwagandha to support stress, and Saffron extract, traditionally used to support mood and emotional wellbeing.

Magnesium helps support muscle relaxation and nervous system health. Together these ingredients work synergistically to support relaxation, stress and restful sleep so you can wake feeling refreshed and balanced. Ideal for those experiencing stress, difficulty unwinding or disrupted sleep patterns.
Ingredients

Each 3 capsules contains:
Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) – 105 mg
Crocus sativus (Saffron) stigma extract – 21 mg
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) leaf extract – 80 mg
Rhodiola rosea root extract – 120 mg
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) flower extract – 300 mg Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract – 150 mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) root extract – 51 mg

Other Ingredients: Apple, colloidal anhydrous silica, dextrin, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water, spirulina.
Directions

Adults take 3 capsules daily, preferably in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
