Description
Natures Sunshine Evening Primrose Oil Circulatory & Glandular Support is a rich source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). It contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), the most active omega-6 fatty acid. GLA acts as a precursor to the prostaglandin, PGE1, which supports immune and brain function, and cardiovascular health. Evening Primrose oil is also beneficial for healthy skin, hair and nails and shown to support hormones, mood and PMS.

Per softgel:

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 10mg

Evening Primrose seed oil 500mg

Linoleic acid 300mg

Gamma-Linolenic acid 45mg

Also contains: Gelatin, glycerine, water.
Directions

Take:1 soft gel daily with a meal.
