Description

Nature's Sunshine Super Omega 3 EPA is a premium cold water fish lipid concentrate, rich in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Omega-3s are well known for their role in supporting cardiovascular and immune health and brain function. The body uses omega-3 fatty acids as one of the primary components of cell membranes. Omega-3s are also beneficial to the structural system and to the skin.

Super Omega 3 also contains lemon to reduce the aftertaste from fish oil and help reduce gas.

Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil 1000mg (sustainably sourced pelagic fish from the South Pacific Ocean (anchovy, sardine, mackerel)
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 380mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 190mg
Other ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural lemon oil.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 softgel with a meal 3 times daily. Refrigerate after opening.
