"I'm 66 and so grateful to have found these capsules. I have arthritis in my knees and ankles and especially painful in the right ankle. My podiatrist gave me orthotic insoles which helped but I still had limited mobility in the ankle, with intense pain when I first walked on it in the morning and during and after my daily walk or without the the orthotics.
