NOW Foods Cider Vinegar is a weight management  support formula with Apple Cider Vinegar, Grapefruit, Lecithin, B6, Chromium, Kelp and Glucomannan (from Konjac Root). Apple Cider Vinegar, derived from fermentation of sweet apple cider, has been used for over 2000yrs for various culinary purposes. It offers a wide variety of health  benefits such as supporting  digestion, healthy body fat storage, helping cleanse the body of toxins.

  • Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) is a soluble, bulk-forming fibre. It helps to support the feeling of satiety and intestinal regularity
  • The inclusion of Chromium supports healthy glucose levels and carbohydrate metabolism and is an insulin co-factor
  • Kelp, an excellent source of iodine, is essential for supporting healthy thyroid function

Directions

Take: 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.
