Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg (from soy), Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 100mg, Inositol 50mg.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose Powder, Hypromellose (Cellulose capsule), Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains soy (phosphatidyl serine).

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Directions

Adults take: 1 capsule, 1 - 3 times daily, preferably with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
