NOW Foods Vitamin A 10,000 IU is essential for the maintenance of the tissues that line the internal and external surfaces of the body, including the eyes, skin, respiratory, GI and urinary tracts.  Vitamin A is important for numerous body functions including normal visual function, immune system health, healthy bones and teeth and healthy skin.

Ingredients

Ingredients per 1 sofgel:

Vitamin A (from Retinyl Palmitate and Fish Liver Oil) 3,000 mcg

Also contains: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Directions

Simply:Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
