Each 9.5g (1 level scoop) contains:Magnesium glycinate Equiv. Magnesium 350mgAscorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mgValeriana ocinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mgEquiv. Directions

Adults: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily an hour before bed. Dissolve in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. 
  • Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain,dark urine or itching.
