"It's high absorption, but I'm guessing that's if it gets down your throat. I take pills all the time, but this one got stuck so easily. And when it did go down, it seemed to cause digestive issues. I'll stick to softgels or veggie capsules from now on."
"Glycinate is the magnesium form recommended for sleep. As a longtime insomniac, I take it every night. Does it work? I can’t tell. I still struggle with my sleep. I think, some herbal teas I drink throughout the day might be helping more, but your body needs magnesium either way, so I keep taking it. It definitely helped me get rid of leg cramps."
