ROAR Organic Artisan Coconut Sugar is made from the nectar of beautiful coconut blossoms, taken from high up in the coconut treetops. The nectar is then boiled down until it crystalises into a delightfully delicious and delectable sugar.
ROAR Coconut Sugar has a lovely caramel flavour and is completely unrefined – made without the use of solvents, bleaches or chemicals.
It pairs particularly well with coffee if you need sweetness in your morning brew and it can also be substituted 1:1 with cane sugar in brekkies, baking, desserts and pretty much anything that needs some sugar baby.
