"The only Ashwagsndha I’ve found that really works for me. I take one a day, but if it’s a bad day I take two. I’m less bothered by stress and my sleep definitely improves when I take these. I only use them when I have more stress in my life that I’m struggling to cope with."

"I’ve taken this for periods of 3-6 months at a time multiple times over the last 4 years. And it is great at keeping you balanced and managing the day to day. But, I’ve had major withdrawal symptoms when stopping. It’s taken going on & off multiple times to piece it all together. Headaches, chest tightness, nausea, headaches & faintness. Not trying to scare anyone but be aware you may need to taper off this rather than stop cold turkey."
