Ashwagandha (withania somnifera), our hero ingredient, has been considered a supreme Rasayana herb and is highly revered in Ayurveda, and has been for thousands of years. This adaptogenic herb supports the way the body responds to stressors, providing calm and nourishment for the body under pressure. Ashwagandha supports the way people deal with stress by supporting normal cortisol and GABA levels, neurotransmitters involved in the stress response. Ashwagandha is the focus of good quality research all around the world.
Sattva Soul worked with highly experienced Ayurvedic practitioners to create a product that will work holistically and at speed (thanks to a Black pepper extract) to support during long or short term periods of stress.
