Description
Solgar Choline/Inositol capsules provides 250 of each choline and Inositol, both are part of the B vitamin family. They are both components of cellular membranes structure and function and play an important role in healthy cell growth and function. Choline and Inositol promote normal, healthy brain and nerve function and support energy metabolism.
Choline is used to synthesize acetylcholine a critical neuro-transmitter involved in learning and memory. It also helps promote normal fat metabolism therefore supporting cholesterol and weight management. Inositol has a critical role in neurotransmitter function helping modulate serotonin activity, helping support mood.
