Solgar Ester-C Plus Immune Complex is a comprehensive immune support formula.

It contains Ester-C - a form of vitamin C that is non-acidic and gentle on the stomach. It has immune supporting ingredients including vitamin C, vitamins A, B6, B12 and D3 and zinc and botanical ingredients including elderberry, echinacea and astragalus.

Solgar Ester-C Plus Immune Complex provides long-lasting, every day immune support with 1000mg of Ester-C®; shown to stay in immune cells for up to twenty-four hours.

Each softgel provides:

Vitamin C (as Ester-C®, calcium-L-ascorbate) 500 mg 

Magnesium (as oxide) 12.5 mg 

Zinc (as oxide) 7.5 mg 

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) (fruit) 8.5 mg 

Echinacea(Echinacea purpurea)(aerial) 8.25 mg 

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) (root) 8.25 mg 

Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 5 mg 

Folic Acid 200 µg 

Biotin (as d-Biotin) 150 µg 

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 1 mg 

Vitamin A (1248.75 IU, as retinyl palmitate) 375 µg 

Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 3 µg  

Vitamin D3 (300 IU, as cholecalciferol) 7.5 µg

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, two (2) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
Precautions
  • Not recommended during acute infection.
  • Avoid this product if you are allergic to ragweed, sunflowers or daisy-like flowers or bee products.
  • Warning: Echinacea and astragalus – Do not use in place of prescribed anti-virals or anti-infectives. 
  • Warning: Vitamin A - Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not exceed 300 micrograms (1000 IUs) per day. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Vitamin A can cause birth defects. 
  • Solgar products are dietary supplements. 
  • Dietary supplements are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet. 
  • Always read the label. Use as directed.
  • If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Store at room temperature.
