Vitamin B6 is a key B-vitamin that supports several biological functions, ranging from normal metabolism through to supporting hormonal, psychological and immune system function.

Vitamin B6 can be found in foods such as poultry, fish, seeds, beans, and wholegrains. Dietary supplementation can be beneficial.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
