"have been taking these for a long time but my last couple of bottles not so great. Nearly all the capsules were stuck together like glue. Had to empty them out of the bottle to try and separate. Some broke open in the process. After it happening with the next bottle I purchased I will go to another brand. Disappointing as Solgar was a good brand."
"I love this product because it is a natural form of Vitamin D which I find my body absorbs and utilises really well. I take up to 4 caps daily in winter with V K2, and Magnesium at night, and my levels Have remained at a good stable rate after many years of very low levels due to health issues.
